If you are struggling to meet your goals or feel your exercise program has grown stale and boring, you’ve got to give this a try! Personal Training, Small Group Training and CrossFit are all great ways to a better you.

CrossFit is a fitness regimen created by Coach Greg Glassman, defined as that which optimizes fitness by utilizing programming that delivers constantly varied functional movements performed at relatively high intensity, across broad modal planes. Moultrie YMCA CrossFit is offered at various times to better fit your schedule.

Class times: 5:15 am, 6:15 am, 8:15 am, and 9:30 am

(Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday)

or

4:30 pm, 5:30 pm, 6:30 pm (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday)

9:00 am (Saturday)

 

Member Rate: $50 per person per month (With all class times included)

Non-Member: $80 per person per month

(Potential members do not receive member benefits)

Personal Training

Personal Training is one-on-one training with one of our qualified staff. A Personal Trainer will work with you to create a fitness and nutrition plan to help you reach your wellness goals.

An orientation is needed for each personal training client. Please see the front desk to sign up.
